How much do you charge, are there any additional possible charges?

Private Events, Parties, Weddings, Quinceanera, Pageants, Competitions must be booked with Photography Services or done in a Salon or Spa. Why is this? Pricing is very reasonable and Makeup and Hair by Christiné is included the Photo Service. Service rates vary depending on the number and types of services desired, the date, day of the week and how far in advance you want to book. I'm price shopping and looking for the best price, what can you offer me?
Our pricing for Photography including makeup and hair styling is very fair. We are certainly not the cheapest, nor are we the most expensive. Shopping for lowest price is just not the best way to pick artists. You are not buying a toaster or microwave. All photographers, makeup artists and hair stylist are not created equal. The way you will look in your wedding photos is what will look back at you for the rest of your life. Not the time to get the cheapest artist you can find.

How much does it cost for additional
persons or my complete bridal party?
Much depends on the services needed and If
there is sufficient time where Christiné can
do everyone herself. Groups of 4 - 6 will normally receive a discounted fee. If time is
an issue, a second or third artist can be added for a nominal additional fee..
Please ask for a quote for bridal parties of 4 or more.

I (We) only want makeup and will
do our own hair, what is the price for that?
Our minimum service is the "Bride Only" and it includes make
up and hairstyling as desired for the bride, We do however allow substitutions.
If you want to give the makeup or hair from you to another wedding guest
to another member of your bridal party that is OK, however the "Bride Only" rate will apply.

I want to have you do ALL my bridesmaids, AND the mothers too, can you do this?
For the best rate a Trial
should be booked with the wedding session. Mention that you want a trial in your Quote Request and we will include that in your quote. If you know what you want and can
bring or send Christiné photos and are sure that your haircut
will work with the style you want, there is probably no need for a trial.
However, the day of the wedding is not the day to be indecisive,
and there is almost never time to try different styles. If you are unsure
about how you want your makeup done and what hairstyle you want, we then
recommend a trial. A trial almost always takes longer than the wedding
day service. For a trial the artist will do a consultation, make recommendations,
go over colors and possible hair styles, and go from there. It will usually take a minimum of 2 hours. Trials for
other bridal party members are also available.

How much would it be to stay for the photos and change styles for the reception?
For the Bride there is rarely any additional charge for integrating a hair piece or set of supplied clip-in extensions. Because of the expense and the importance of the proper hair color we could never stock the variety of hair pieces that we would need to cover every bride. If you bring your own we can certainly integrate them into your hairstyle.

If for some reason I change my mind or reschedule can I get a refund?
Most weddings are booked months in advance. This means a cancellation quite possibly costs Christiné not only the fee she would have made with the person who cancelled, but also may have cost her an entire booking for another event or commercial job that later requested that same date.
