Terms of Service TERMS & CONDITIONS for PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES by: Foto Look International PAYMENT: A Deposit of 50% of the base photography/package fee is required for all advance bookings. The deposit will be applied towards the total session fees. Cash/Major Credit Cards, and PayPal are accepted for payment. Balance payable by cash or credit card in full on date of the event.MAKEUP AND HAIR SERVICES are included at no add'l cost in all Foto Look Intl photography sessionsCANCELLATION POLICY: .POSTPONEMENTS: Postponements will result in re-booking fees dependent on the date of notification, and if we have turned down bookings for the date and time and are unable to secure new bookings within the time frame.AVAILABILITY AND BOOKINGS: Availability is not guaranteed without an acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement and our receipt of your deposit. COPYRIGHTS AND USAGES AND RIGHTS TO IMAGES: International Copyright laws , all Copyrights remain with the creator (Foto Look International)and client photos are for their personal use, promotion and or marketing. No Commercial use, unless session is booked as "Work for Hire" or a Copyright Transfer is purchased.
John Copeland and Christiné Copeland, DBA: Foto Look International, AKA: LasVegasStudios, retain the rights to use the best client photos as portfolio samples on their websites. ( We understand that some clients, may not want any of their photos that we create to go on either LasVegasStudios.com or Christiné's FotoLook.com websites or be made public in any way. We have no problem with this. For those clients who do not want us to use any of their photos in our portfolio we require that they can purchase a "Copyright Transfer" which includes all of the high resolution files and the full copyright ownership to all file at 50% of the photography rate.) ONLINE PHOTO GALLERIES, PROOF IMAGES, SIZE, WATERMARKS: 600px web resolution image files of all final photos will be posted online in a dedicated password protected gallery, usually within 72-96 hours. These proof images have basic editing and are color and contrast controlled, but are not retouched, and are a perfect file and size for Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, email etc and capable of making nice 4x6 inch prints on any home ink jet photo printer. All digital images will have a small '©2011 Foto Look International' watermark at the bottom middle of each photo. All gallery photos are freely downloadable and you can give friends and family access to the galleries so they can also download photos.
Galleries and special print pricing structure will remain online and available for 90 days. After 90 days online Galleries are removed.
To reinstate the Online Galleries for an additional 90 days there is a $25 re-activation fee. Any Coupons or special offers are only good for 90 days.LIABILITY: John Copeland and Christiné Copeland, Foto Look International AKA: LasVegasStudios, and/or their employees will make every effort to produce the finest qualty images possible, however, client agrees to hold harmless from all liability connected with the photography session, and or makeup and hair services. In the case of a camera or computer failure or other cause, including negligence, or unauthorized access of the online galleries, server failure or any situation that results in the loss or compromise of all or a portion of the photos, damages are limited to the original cost of services or a proportional part thereof. SUBSTITUTION : In the case that John Copeland, Christiné Foto Look International photographer, artist or stylist is unable to perform the services on the day of the event, or if cancelled for any reason within 30 days of the event, the client may choose to request all deposits returned plus an additional $100 inconvenience fee, OR accept us to arrange for a qualified substitute artist(s) & stylist(s) as replacements.
