Christiné can give recommendations, tips and instructions.

Christiné does not offer makeup lessons. Christiné is not licensed in the state of Nevada to teach makeup or any cosmetological service. However she can informally answer any questions and give tips and instructions, and do charts and recommendations the same as if it was a lesson to any one while she is doing their makeup and hair for a photo session. Doing makeup and hair in a Las Vegas hotel room, private home or any non-salon, or non-spa environment requires a special booking procedure.

The Nevada State Cosmetology Board regulation says all cosmetological service (including simple application of makeup and basic hair styling) must be performed in a licensed cosmetological establishment (like a salon or spa)... [b]UNLESS[/b]....it is in conjunction with photography services, commercials, advertising, film, video, TV or similar production. (This regulation has only been recently enforced, no doubt from pressure by the local salon and spas in a depressed economy.)

We always obey every law and regulation, so Christine offers a "makeup and hair approval" photography session where her makeup and hair services -- including tips and explanations, instructions and discussion of products she recommends are a main part of a photography makeup and hair service. She does not sell products, but does have products she has found to be superior and will share her thoughts on what she feels is best for your skin type. When finished we will do a portrait session and show you the results for your approval. This session would be $350 and take approximately 3 hours total.
